CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY.
In the unlikely event that a class/session is cancelled by LIBC, customers will be offered the option of a full refund or an alternative booking - whichever the customer prefers.
In the event of a customer wishing to cancel a class/session, this should be done no less than 12 hours before the class/session is due to start so that the vacancy can be offered to other customers. Where a customer cancels a class/session at least 12 hours before the class/session is due to start, a full refund will be given to the customer.
If a customer cancels a class/session with less than 12 hours to go, a refund cannot be given but the customer will be offered the option of an alternative booking that might be more convenient to the customer's schedule.
